Large apartment inside the Borgo on the ground floor in Casa Colonica with chestnut-beam ceiling, one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, air conditioning, private garden and common courtyard with the other apartments of the Borgo where you can meet and enjoy the tranquility of an ancient village. Ideal for a couple or a family of three who love wide spaces and the freedom to follow their own rhythms. The space An ideal environment in which to enjoy the tastes and scents of Tuscany in peace. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a ceiling with chestnut beams and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a TV and a large living room. Outside, it offers a private garden with a table and chairs. Each accommodation is equipped with bed linen and bathroom linen, but to access the outdoor pools, the relaxation area, the wellness island and the grotto this cannot be used. Instead, you can rent towels and/or bathrobes from us. For each towel borrowed, a €15.00 deposit will be required and, upon its return, €11.00 will be returned to the guest. For each bathrobe borrowed, a €20.00 deposit will be required and, upon return, €14.00 will be returned to the guest.  To access the Relaxation Area and the Wellness Island, you must have a towel/bathrobe per person that can be rented from us or owned by the guest. Instead, to access the Grotto you need two towels/a towel and a bathrobe per person that can be rented from us or can be owned by the guest. Buffet breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the panoramic terrace of the restaurant - extra on request, to be communicated the previous day. Two outdoor panoramic pools open in summer from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shared with other guests - included in the stay. The Relaxation Area/SPA includes a panoramic infinity pool, a hot tub and a sun terrace. The Wellness Island, on the other hand, includes an outdoor Jacuzzi near the olive grove. Finally, the Grotto includes a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a sensory shower and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Exclusive use for 1 hour a day only by reservation at the time of check-in of one of the three Wellness Areas - included in the stay. To book your moment of relaxation in the Wellness Areas, you can email us two days before your arrival or you can request it during your check-in. The Enoteca Villa di Sotto Restaurant is open daily from 12:30 p.m. with continuous hours until evening and has a large panoramic terrace with views as far as the eye can see of Chianti and Siena. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu with typical Tuscan cuisine so that each guest can choose what and how much to eat every day, without any obligation for a full meal. Reservations for lunch and/or dinner are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended as we also host non-Bed and Breakfast customers. Tuscan cooking classes: You can learn how to make appetizers, first courses and desserts from typical Tuscan recipes, with seasonal products. Cooking school times and days will be agreed upon at the time of booking based on availability. Parking is free.
