The wooden holiday house of approx. 55 m2 is located at a distance of 5.6 km from the center of Varaždin. It is located at the end of a quiet street. The house consists of a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the ground floor and a bedroom and terrace on the first floor. In the back part of the yard there is a new hot tub, solar shower, deckchairs and a net for relaxation. The use of the jacuzzi is included in the price. The space A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom, which guests use at their own risk and are not suitable for children. In the bedroom on the first floor there is a double bed 160*200, and on the ground floor in the living room there is a sofa bed 140*200 cm. A cot is always available in the bedroom. Free wi-fi in the entire facility, coffee machine (dolce gusto), kettle, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, ceramic hob with all the necessary dishes. Guest access Next to the house there is a large garden that guests can use freely, in the summer months with a jacuzzi, hammock, barbecue, deckchairs for sunbathing, a large outdoor table for dining, a large lawn.... There is the possibility of organizing children's birthdays or smaller outdoor celebrations. Various contents are available on request (for a surcharge): * bicycles - 2 pieces (€10 per piece/per day), * use of the fire pit in the back yard, with badminton board games and a children's play tent - free, * children's tent separately (without fire pit) for daily play - free, * badminton, board games - free of charge Other things to note The house has a large private paved driveway inside the fenced yard, where there is free parking (for several vehicles) and parking is free and safe. The house and yard are covered by free Wi-Fi. The entrance to the house is private and possible 24 hours a day, without contact, the key to the house is in the key safe whose code the guest receives on the day of arrival. Likewise, the key to the jacuzzi is also located in a separate safe, the code of which is also obtained upon agreement with the guests on the day of arrival. Pets are allowed, but the stay of small breeds is possible with the consent of the host and a possible surcharge (€10 per day). The yard is completely fenced, maintained and safe, and quiet.
