Further a garden with a huge pool and a private jacuzzi on one of the balconies which will be maintained during summer (april - october). The space The house is located in one of the more quiet areas of the island, outside the crowded main touristic villages. Only a hundred meters from the most beautiful beach of the island, the famous black-sanded beach of perivolos, the place is perfect for fans of relaxed beach-time and a perfect starting point to explore the island. The kitchen features an oven, a fridge, a micro-wave, a coffee-machine (pads), a toaster, a waterboiler, a sterilizer for baby bottles (microwave) and all other basics. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment including the two balconies, of which one features a glas-framed hot-tub with view to the Aegean Sea. Further guests are allowed to use the garden with a big pool-area and a bar. A parking lot is in front of the house. Other things to note The pool in the garden and the private jacuzzi on one of the balconies will be maintained during summer-month (April - October) only.
