The place is ideal for people who like it silent, basic, pure. 35 minutes from the nearest and unspoiled beaches (Aqua Amarga, Cabo de Gata) and Mojacar. Other things to note It is a house on the campo. In summer it obviously can be hot but most of the time there is a little breeze and there is always a place with shade. Don't be afraid for some dust. No airco but the house with its thick walls is cool downstairs (close shutters during the day and open them in the evening).
