New! Use of co-work space 1894 stands above the door of our cozy cottage in the middle of the old town center opposite the church. In fact, it is much older and already drawn in old plans of the village. After a complete renovation and renovation in 2021, it shines in country house charm with modern accents - coziness but without kitsch - and is the ideal starting point for your holidays in the countryside. The space - Ground floor: An open floor plan unites entry, kitchen, living and dining areas. The wood burner guarantees cosy evenings. Washer and dryer are located under the stairs. The kitchen is fully equpped with a dishwasher, stove, glass cook top, Fridge/freezer and a microwave. - First Floor: The modern bathroom with a shower is located here as well as a small bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet. - Second Floor: The loft bedroom with an alkove bed, TV, desk and built-in closets. ON the gallery there is an additional single bed under the slopes.. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all parts of the property. Other things to note Please note: the church bell rings during the day. No shutters, skylights cannot be darkened.
