An exclusive country retreat for your relaxing getaway. Up to 40 guests in total via 20 double beds. The house sleeps 30 guests in 15 double beds. Plus 5 glamping units sleeping 10. With stunning sea views and miles of coastal paths nearby, this really is the place to stay for waterfront vacations or walking holidays with family and friends. 7 beautiful king size rooms in an exquisite country home, with vast gardens. Exclusive indoor heated pool and hot tub open March - October. The space The house is located in Jennycliff, Plymouth - with both sea and countryside views of Devon & Cornwall. There is ample parking on site, with a private driveway and parking adjacent to the house. Charging points for 6 electric vehicles (payable). The house has extensive gardens, large indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The pool room also boasts a bar and indoor area for get togethers. Inside the house there are several working fireplaces and a sumptuous free standing bath with claw feet in the main bathroom – ideal to relax in at the end of the day. All bedrooms have a TV, and there is Wifi throughout Guest access Guests are welcome to treat the house as their own in the main living areas (as shown in the photos): fully-equipped kitchen, dining-room, living-room, garden. Plus large indoor swimming pool and hot-tub (seasonally). Other things to note Extra guests above 16 are charged at £50 per night per person, plus any Airbnb fees. Please send us a message with the correct number of guests so we are able to send you a special offer to include guests above 16. This is to ensure that all guests staying at the house are covered by our insurance. Infants 3 years and below stay for free. St Anne’s House is a non-smoking property, but should you wish to smoke, please do so in the area outside the front door on the driveway. May we also remind you there is no lifeguard on duty at any time around the swimming pool and hot tub. The pool facilities are available for use by all of our guests between March and October and usage is at your own risk.
