An apartment in the old town

The apartment is in a new building located in the center of the "old town". Our city is quite small, everything is within walking distance, so you can stay in close proximity to the main attractions: Burger House, Clock Tower, St. Olaf's Tower, Hyacinth Church, Market Square, Round Tower and others. There are also bars/restaurants, a promenade nearby. Mon Repos Park is a 20-30 minute walk away. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new building (no elevator), in an active tourist area, so during the day, with the windows open, it is a little noisy - there is a burger house with a terrace nearby, the smell of food comes into the apartment, tourists walk around. The house has a closed courtyard with 2 entrances. The apartment has a shared living room with a dining table for 4 people, a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV; 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds (90x200), the second with one double bed (160x200). The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, mixer-blender, pots, pans, bowls, plates/cups, glasses, cutlery, corkscrew (important thing), opener. The bathroom is separate. The bathroom has a shower. There is a hairdryer, a boiler. In November, the neighbors flooded the apartment. The furniture was a little damaged, but everything works and looks quite decent. The water is filtered everywhere, you can drink it and cook with it. At the entrance to the apartment there is a video peephole with a recording function of what is happening in front of the building. It is activated by a motion sensor. After the guests leave, I delete all records. Due to the pandemic, the apartment has 3 quartz lamps that can be used to disinfect the premises when no one is present. When disinfecting the premises, turn on for 20 minutes. After that, you need to ventilate. During cleaning, we carry out quartz treatment of all rooms. Instructions for use are attached. Guest access The entire apartment is at guests' disposal. Other things to note The house has good audibility, like everywhere else now. Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm. If you would like to change the time, ask in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are usually possible without extra charges.
