Vacation on the farm We rent a beautiful bright and spacious apartment on the 3rd floor (attic) for 6 people. The apartment is 83 m² and fully equipped. Two balconies Kitchen with dining area 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1.40 m * 2.00 m bed 1 bedroom with 1.80 m * 2.00 m bed, Living room Bathroom with toilet/shower There is no elevator. 3rd floor!! Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. Sodastream available. The space We are a suckler cow farm in the sideline and breed and market German Angus cattle. Our animals are housed in our new deep barn outside the village. In addition to the suckler cows, the farm includes cattle, calves, bulls, chickens, ducks, the dog Tom and the dog Cookie as well as the cat Mimmi and the cat Findus. Sohlbach is a small cul-de-sac village with almost 120 inhabitants. Sohlbach includes the Sohlbacherweiher, the small Kneipp facility at the entrance to the village with a children's playground, the beautiful barbecue hut with sanitary facilities and a small cold store above Sohlbach and the village community house. The nearest shopping facility is in Netphen about 8 km away. In addition to supermarkets, banks, butchers, bakers, fashion stores, there is also the local history museum, ice cream parlor, amusement park with swimming pool, sauna and gym as well as numerous doctors and pharmacies. The nearest big shopping is Siegen. There are also the exits/ramps of the A45 and A4. There are also plenty of snow areas for skiing and tobogganing. Our beautiful area is also known as the Rothaar Mountains with many hiking trails and attractions, festivals such as Freakvalley and Kultur Pur. The Alte Eisenstrasse is an old connecting route between Siegerland and Wittgenstein. On this route there are 3 springs - Sieg, Lahn and Eder Many hikers rent the apartment to walk the Rothaarsteig in stages. Cycling and great walking paths abound. Other things to note Super nice place to relax and unwind. Many trails to walk and hike. Enjoy pure nature.
