Villa / House / Bungalow , 1 Bedroom + ,Sea Views, Privacy, WIFI Tala Paphos
Description
This spacious (two) rented out as one-bedroom villa is situated in Tala, a prestigious hillside location just outside the busy tourist areas of Paphos. Nestled among vast open spaces and with spectacular panoramic sea views, this villa has plenty of character. The gardens boast citrus trees and Mediterranean flowers as well as a private drive and gated entrance. A 2 min walk above the villa is a children's play area, basketball court, cafe serving snacks and food as well as an amphitheater. The space Our holiday villa is new to AirBnB although it has been a holiday let on another platform for nearly a decade. During this time we have been slowly renovating and updating the villa each year. The villa is a bungalow although there are two steps leading from the open plan living and dining area (where there is also a sofa bed) to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The villa is separated from the main road and neighbours by walled gardens and a small orchard overlooking a ravine. Being one of the highest villas in Tala, it offers breathtaking views over the coastline and sunset. The villa enjoys three terraces, one to the front which gets the morning light, one off the kitchen separated by wall-to-wall glazing, and the largest terrace is accessed via the rear bedroom. We offer one of the two bedrooms with air-condition to our guests as the other one is locked away with our personal items. The villa does not have a swimming pool although there is space for a large paddling pool on the back terrace. Guests can also benefit from using the large outdoor pool at Kamares Club. This is a clubhouse with restaurant, bar, tennis courts and pool which is open to residents and their guests. Pool is free to use if purchasing refreshments from the club. Kamares club is a short drive through Tala and into Kamares village. The villa is situated 2 min walk from a childrens play area, amphitheater, cafe and basketball court. At the bottom of the hill you will find Stephanie village shops with a pharmacy, restaurants, and convenience store with a wine cellar in its basement. Other things to note We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away down a steep hill.
