Villa with pool ideal for family vacation

Furnished house 110 m2, on 2 levels , on the ground floor, living room, open kitchen living room, equipped, bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms tempered by air conditioning in the lobby, bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace, private pool available only (from June 15 to September 30) , garden and closed parking for 2 cars. Quiet subdivision, proximity to all shops, 10 minutes walk to the sea. 30 minutes by car from Hammamet , Nabeul and Tunis (train 10 minutes walk) The space This house is our holiday home and has been designed to be convenient and comfortable to stay in. Its terrace , the green space with its olive tree and swimming pool (L 6 m,l 3 m,p 1.20 m) are assets that delight all generations, young and old. The capacity of the house is 7 people + possibly 2 people (sleeping on a traditional bench in the living room) with extra charge. Vigilance, the swimming pool does not work in the off season (June 15 to September 30). Guest access The house is fully open to guests. Hosts do not stay on the premises. Other things to note The private swimming pool must be used respecting the safety rules (supervision of children / vigilance with glass breakage...) and cleanliness . Swimming in the pool is the full responsibility of guests. Pool maintenance is provided by the manager on a weekly basis.Vigilance, the pool is available only from June 15 to September 30.
