The space Completed in April 2021, the former farm building was converted into The Old Dairy on the ground floor and The Hay Loft above. Both apartments share a ground floor lobby and can be booked together when joining up with friends or relatives. The Old Dairy is listed to accommodate up to 4 people. In an elevated location, The Hay Loft enjoys southerly views over the lovely gardens with Watership Down in the distance. The internal space is both light and airy and warm and cosy, with a soothing colour scheme, underfloor heating and modern lighting. Facilities include king-size bed, 2-seater sofa, quartz breakfast bar, built-in wardrobe, WiFi, USB charging points, fridge, dishwasher, microwave combi-oven, hob, kettle, toaster, water filter jug, crockery, cutlery, utensils, hairdryer, iron, hangers, linen and towels. Welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, dishwasher tablets. Guest access Private parking is immediately next to the building. Guests can self-check-in as keys will be accessible from a coded key safe. The lane leads directly on to Greenham Common nature reserve, so perfect for going straight out into nature with no car required. Other things to note Immediately to the front is a Mediterranean-inspired gravel garden. Outdoor furniture is provided to enjoy the sunshine or relax under cover.
