Stone built villa with wooden interior, minimal architecture and furniture. The residence features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms and a fireplace lounge. The villa can provide a baby cot and linen upon request. The third floor consists of 2 living rooms adjacent to a stone fireplace, a sea-view balcony perfect for stargazing and to enjoy a glass of wine during idyllic sunsets. The outdoor area consists of a yard equipped with a BBQ. * Parking: Spacious parking area and a parking space for inflatable boat in Perdika Harbor. Other things to note How to get to Aegina: Take the ferry boat from Piraeus port that takes 1 hour and 15 minutes( passengers and vehicles) .From Piraeus port you can also take the dolphin which takes 40 minutes ( only passengers) Due to limited public transportation routes and lots of delays in order to access the Villa you need a car or motorcycle.
