Unique space under stairs, 55cm x 200cm mattress

A Unique compact & cosy room that can accommodate a adult who is 6 ft 3". The width (55cm) of the bed is similar to that of a camping sleeping bag but is comfortable & for most people the space does not feel too claustrophobic. There is NO window. Can get very stuffy in hot weather, even with the fan Door lockable from inside only Microwave, kettle, Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen and is included in your room rate. Free WiFi Check in times are between 6pm & 9pm Check out is 11 am The space A beautiful and distinctive home with black window frames against a Yellow render. A friendly and courteous atmosphere is encouraged. Access to a beautiful Garden with outdoor seating and eating area (weather permitting) Guest access communal street parking. A beautiful garden A beautifully pointed kitchen with breakfast bar Luxury pointed bathroom Downstairs w/c WiFi Selected communal cupboards in the kitchen that have plates, bowls and cutlery for communal use. Some fridge space and a small cupboard to store food in the kitchen. After initial check in and tour, access during your stay to the house is via the back door which is accessed by the house driveway and garden. Other things to note The main bathroom which is well pointed is just at the top of the landing. Plus a toilet on the Ground floor Free Wi-Fi Compact cupboard and draw space to store clothing and possessions Full kitchen use (oven & hob) and Washing machine access is available for an additional fee of £2.50 per night payable upon arrival. Early check in or late check out are additional options (£10 per option) and have to be requested and agreed prior. All new Guests are required to wear a mask for the first 3 nights and days when in the house (outside of their room) on the 4th day wearing a mask is optional. This is for the health and safety of new and existing people here. Quiet Hours are between 9.30 pm and 8.30 am where guests are required to be extra considerate of volume and noise. e.g. closing doors quietly and not talking on mobile phones outside an emergency Guests are required to wash, dry and put away any crockery/ cutlery they use. Any work surface/ area used should be cleaned after use so that all guests can enjoy a clean and tidy living space
