Welcome to our spacious house in Rydebäck. In Rydebäck, for example, you can enjoy summer beach life, hiking along the beautiful coast of the Skåneled trail, or a round of golf at Rya golf club. If you want to leave the peace and quiet, you can easily get to Helsingborg (8 min by train), Malmö or Copenhagen if you are looking for cultural activities and city life. The space The house is large and spacious and can accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms with spacious beds as well as a living room with two beds. If the number of beds is not enough, there are complementary mattresses. Dining areas both inside and outside that can accommodate 8 people. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar counter which is perfect for mingling/eating on standing feet. Spacious living room with fireplace, sofa group and dining area for 8-10 people. Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and bathtub upstairs. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and scaffolding to air-dry. Upstairs there is a living room with generous sofa and TV. Here, all bedrooms are also located, which gives a secluded tranquility. Lush, secluded west facing garden with dining area that sleeps 8 people. There are several patios in different directions. You have access to the whole house apart from one room with ground floor storage and storage on the plot. The house is located on a five minute walk from the nearest beach and there are three bicycles available, if you would rather cycle.
