Welcome to our spacious house in Rydebäck. In Rydebäck you can, for example, enjoy the beach life in summer, hiking along the beautiful coast of Skåneleden or a round of golf at Rya golf club. If you want to get away from the peace and quiet, you can easily reach Helsingborg (8 minutes by train), Elsinore, Malmö or Copenhagen if you're looking for cultural activities and city life. The space The house is large and spacious and can accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms with spacious beds as well as a living room with room for 2-3 people. If the number of beds is not enough, there are complementary mattresses. Dining seats both inside and outside that can accommodate 8 people. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar counter which is great for mingle/food on standing foot. Spacious living room with fireplace, sofa group and dining area for 8-10 people. Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and bathroom with bathtub upstairs. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and racks to air dry. Upstairs there is a living room with generous sofa and TV. Here are also all bedrooms, which provides a secluded tranquility. Leafy, secluded garden facing west with dining area that sleeps 8 people. There are several patios in different directions. You have access to the whole house in addition to a room with storage on the ground floor and storage room on the property. The house is located at 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest beach as well as 850 meters from Skåneleden (coastal trail).
