Welcome to our spacious house in Rydebäck. In Rydebäck, you can, for example, enjoy beach life in summer, hiking along the beautiful coast of Skåneleden or a round of golf at Rya Golf Club. If you want to leave the tranquility, you can easily get to Helsingborg (8 minutes by train), Malmö or Copenhagen if you are looking for cultural activities and city life. The space The house is large and spacious and can accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms with spacious beds and a living room with two beds. If the number of beds is not enough, there are additional mattresses. Dining areas both indoors and outdoors that accommodate 8 people. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar counter that is perfect for mingling/food on a standing foot. Spacious living room with fireplace, sofa group and dining area for 8-10 people. Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and bathtub on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and racks for air drying. Upstairs there is a living room with a generous sofa and TV. Here, there are also all the bedrooms, which provides a secluded calm. Lush, secluded west-facing garden with dining area that sleeps 8. There are several patios in different weather conditions. You have access to the entire house except for a room with storage on the ground floor and storage on the property. The house is located a five-minute walk from the nearest beach and there are three bicycles available, if you prefer to cycle.
