120 km from Paris and 80 km from the beaches of Deauville and Trouville, the village of Neuve-Lyre includes all shops. It is located at the heart of Ouche country between Evreux and L'Aigle, surrounded by forests, at the gates of the Perche. The house is quiet, bordered by a 1st category river (possibility of fishing). The garden is wooded and a barbecue awaits for dining with family and/or friends. Starting point for hikes, horseback riding at less than 10 km. The space The house offers 4 bedrooms (3 with 140x190 beds and 1 with a 90x190 bed) Two of the bedrooms have a shower room and the other two have a sink.
