Check out on Sunday at 8 p.m. This spacious chalet for 20 people with homey decor is located in a cul-de-sac, in the middle of a ridge that forms the natural border between Belgium and France. The house is equipped with every comfort and has 6 bedrooms, almost all of which have their own bathroom. The large interior space and the beautiful view over the green hills of the southern Ardennes will immediately make you dream away. The space In addition, there is a spacious garden with a petanque field and swing; inside you will find a large relaxation area with a ping pong table, football table, spacious Jacuzzi and sauna. Good or bad weather, relaxation is assured here. Oil and spices are not provided. ***Down duvet dimensions: double bed = 240cm/220cm, single bed = 150cm/200cm. Guest access The house is fully and only accessible to our guests. In front of the house there is parking and plenty of parking space provided. Check-out is always at 10 a.m., except on Sundays, when check-out is at 8 p.m. The normal consumption of water/gas/electricity/wood is included in the total price. Charging electric cars is not considered "normal consumption" of electricity. There is a charging station available for our guests with EVs & PHEVs. Please only use the charging station to charge the car. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of €20/dog (for extra cleaning) and may be paid upon arrival. This is a vacation home, not a bed & breakfast, nor a hotel. Sheets, towels and soap are not provided as standard. Bed linen (bottom sheet, sheet and pillowcases) can be optionally rented at €8 per person or €10 per person for made-up beds. Bath towels are optionally available for rent at €20 per 5 pieces. Both can be paid on the spot, in cash or with Payconiq by Bancontact. If you come with less than 20 guests, we would like to know which beds should be made.
