La Rosa dei Venti B&B is located in the center of Marina di Gioiosa Ionica, 500m from the beach, on the ground floor of a building renovated in 2024. It consists of 2 rooms with private bathroom, a shared patio and a mini-apartment with kitchen and bedroom. The rooms, with windows and mosquito nets, are equipped with indipendent air conditioning, TV, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and linen. The warmth of the room will accompany you on your holiday, a travel experience, not just a stay! The space The cozy two-room apartment "Maestrale" consists of a full kitchen, private bathroom, double bedroom and shared patio. The bedroom is spacious and bright, equipped with a window with a mosquito net that opens onto the citrus and olive groves behind it. The patio is equipped with a brick bench and a small table and wrought iron chairs. From the patio, where there is a washing machine area available to guests, you can reach a shared veranda with a small table and clothes horse via beautiful external stairs. The bedroom, equipped with a TV and independent air conditioning, has a double bed plus a sofa-bed. The bathroom, which is accessed from the bedroom, has a window and is equipped with a large shower. The kitchen has all the comforts: stove, sink, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay: dishes, tablecloths ... and some inevitable Calabrian chili peppers! The two-room apartment is perfect for a holiday with family or friends, in an authentic atmosphere! Guest access The B&B rooms and the mini-apartment "Maestrale" are all located on the ground floor of the building, where the host also lives (on the 1st floor). Once you cross the entrance threshold, you enter the shared corridor, where you will find a console with information material on the area and information on free wi-fi. The shared corridor, decorated with photos of historical or naturalistic places of interest in the area, leads to the shared central patio, where the private entrance to the mini-apartment is located.
