**Since this is my home, I do not accept last minute bookings. I need 48 hours notice since I do live there. You will have the entire home to yourself, including a kitchen if you want to cook. Wayland is basically in my backyard! Located between Amarillo and Lubbock, you are central to big events that take place in the area. 1 hour from Palo Duro Canyon ( and the play Texas) and Caprock Canyon State Park with great hiking trails. Texas Tech is 45 miles away if you want to catch a game! The space This is my personal home and I love sharing it with others. I am not on the premises while you are there but am normally in town if you need anything. This home has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a full bath that features a large shower (sorry, no bathtub). Office with desk space if you need to space to work. Full kitchen that includes coffee pot, microwave, stove and fridge. You have full access to the pots, pans, dishes, cups...anything that you might need to cook if you want to when you are here. There is plenty of room to visit in the living room and dining room. The living room does have a roku tv. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house.
