Welcome to our apartment in charming Tønsberg! Here you can enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor lifestyle. Our spacious patio is like an oasis in the middle of the city, with a great outdoor kitchen and a cozy pergola where you can relax and enjoy the lovely evenings while listening to the distant sounds of the pier promenade. The location is a dream for those who want to explore the city and only a short journey to the lively Tønsberg Brygge, where you will find restaurants and shops. The space The apartment has been recently refurbished and exudes a modern and welcoming atmosphere. With a size of approximately 60 square meters, it offers both comfort and functionality. The master bedroom offers comfort and peace, while the guest room / home office provides work focus. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower for relaxing moments, and a practical small washing machine is available for your convenience. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There are good parking facilities on the property and the apartment is on the first floor. Guest access As a guest, you have access to use the apartment in its entirety, the terrace with outdoor kitchen and spacious dining area, and the balcony with a great pergola. The exception is our "walk-in" wardrobe Other things to note There are two cats living in the apartment who come and go as they please. They usually stay outside, but like to come in to eat and maybe take a nap. One cat is very shy, while the other loves people and cuddles. The house is equipped with a smart home that ensures sustainable use of electricity and security. This is deactivated for guests so that everything works in the traditional way - but there will be various motion sensors and plugs around the house. We live in the apartment part-time, and there are therefore personal belongings in the apartment that we want to be respected and kept private from the guests' stay.
