A large dining and living area with top equipped kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, toilet, bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a sleeping gallery directly under the roof with 2 additional beds (accessible via a ladder). In the garden plenty of space to relax with loungers & chairs. Other things to note The 2 extra beds are in a gallery under the roof, which can only be reached via a ladder. Not suitable for small children or the elderly. There's not much room here. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. On foot you can reach the Karlsfelder See in about 15 minutes. There are also 2 bicycles available. Arrival by car is recommended!
