Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay! The space Our house is perfectly located in the downtown-east area. Very very close from the citycenter. In less then a five minutes-walk you are in the absolute citycenter. The house is absolutely very comfortable and has everything you need. In the bedroom a brandnew boxspringbed (width 1.60 m / 5'25) and a digital TV, offcourse with a remote control (to watch from your bed!) and very many channels. You have spare pillows (choice between softer and a bit more firm) for the bed to use. When you arrive the bed will be made for you!! You have plenty off space to hang your clothes and put your belongings. In the kitchen you have several appliances: a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, a fridge, a nespresso-coffeemachine, a filtercoffeemachine, a watercooker, a mixer. All the kitcheninventory you might need is there as well as the basic supplies like salt and pepper, some tea and coffee, sugar, oil@vinegar, toiletpaper etc. In the livingroom you will find a smart-tv, a stereo, comfortable sofa and chair with footstool. A good light to read by. In the cupboard you have a vaccuumcleaner if needed, an iron and an ironboard. You can also find the cushions for the comfortable outsidechairs. The bathroom is equipped with a washingmachine and dryer which you can use and a hairdryer. The bathroom has floor heating which is especially nice during the cold seasons. At about 300 meters distance you find a supermarket (Jumbo) with also an ATM.
