The space The Hofstallung itself consists of 2 building ensembles – a 300-year-old half-timbered barn and the manor house in striking half-timbered design. Both were acquired by us at the beginning of 2018 and brought up to the most modern standard in elaborate construction. The entire property was completely gutted, the trusses were repaired and a total of 10 perfectly tailored, climate-controlled feel-good units were built using only biologically selected and natural materials. The exterior facade has been preserved, including the wood-clay partitions and the masonry made of natural bricks behind it. Inside, a purely natural insulating plaster and the same insulating materials were used to ensure a perfect climate. The expansion itself was carried out with lime sandstone and in solid wood construction. The apartments are perfectly equipped with cozy, comfortable and allergy-friendly box spring beds, spacious shower/toilet, complete pantry kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV/radio, partly with large balcony. The courtyard offers storage facilities for bicycles, vehicles can be parked in the 3-minute, 24-hour monitored underground car park or in the free Mainkai parking lot (about 80 m walk).
