The house is divided into 3 apartments with different capacities so that you can have privacy when you want and be together when you want. There is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, another with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that is fully wheelchair accessible, and a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. In total the house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room with a 150cm sofa bed, 2 living-dining rooms with kitchen and 150cm sofa bed. The space Entire rental house. On this floor there is access to another duplex apartment with a living room with a 160cm sofa bed and exit to the same terrace as the mini apartment, kitchen integrated in the living room, 1 bathroom on this first floor and going up there are 3 bedrooms and a loft bathroom. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds that can be joined to form an 180cm bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a double bed and a 120cm sofa bed. The house has about 2,000 square meters of land on which there is a barbecue with a pergola and table with chairs, and a tree area. Everything is fully fenced.
