Cosy compact two bedroom house with open plan living-kitchen area, within walking distance of Leek's beautiful cobbled town centre and market square. Ideally located with supermarket, butchers, laundrette etc on the same road. Easy access to explore the stunning Peak District, Roaches and more with your furry friends or by bike. Great proximity for visiting Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and many attractions. Good selection of local eateries with good atmosphere, cuisines and delivery services. The space The house has a modern yet cosy cottage feel, located in the town of Leek, only a small distance from the Peak District. The central location is ideal for both leisure, sight seeing and commuting too. The living area is open plan with a sofa, coffee table, chair, tv and a compact kitchen area with electric oven, hob, washing machine, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a rear porch with access to a toilet and small courtyard area with side entrance and locked passageway ideal to store equipment, bikes and more. Upstairs there is a main double bedroom and a compact second double bedroom with bed access to one side and a storage cupboard for clothes. The bathroom has a small bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and towel radiator. Equipment available such as ironing board, travel cots etc and all requests and extras can be enquired about by messaging beforehand. Special requests and offers available for longer bookings. 1 night stays considered but price will be reflective due to cleaning costs etc. Guest access Whole house for guests only. Other things to note House is a SMALL terrace house with another let next door, close to the centre of town so roads can get a little busy at rush hour sometimes. There is a small step to get into the front of the property or a few inch threshold to step over at the rear/access off the locked entryway which is a litte tight. As mentioned stairs are steep and open with no handrail due to being narrow so access is not limited for luggage. Downstairs toilet off porch with a small step upto it.
