Charming cottage with sea view, large terrace and with 1 bedroom, spacious bathroom and kitchen in the middle of Bohuslän. Perfect location for exploring Bohuslän with its beautiful nature. We are happy to tell you about the area and help with any questions. The cottage is in a residential area with walking distance to both fishing, swimming, restaurants and public transport. Around the corner, there is also a forest with good opportunities to see deer or pick mushrooms. Good parking possibilities. The space When you arrive at the cottage, you are first greeted by the large terrace. On sunny and warm days, it is a nice place to sunbathe, eat outside, and enjoy the view of the bay. Inside the cabin, you will see the timber on all the walls. A kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and fridge is located directly to the left of the entrance. Straight ahead is the bedroom area. 3 Beds in total: 120, 90 and 80, respectively. One bed is movable, which makes it possible to create one king-size bed. To the right is a large bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The property has a sandpit for the youngest children to play in and a lawn with cherry trees that provide cooling shade and fruit during the month of July. There are many lovely places to visit within walking distance. - Downtown Ljungskile; a vibrant community with several shops and restaurants. - The sea/bay is about 1 km away with a nice marina. After another 300 meters or so, you will reach the first swimming area, Kallbadhuset. There is a lovely dock swimming area and a small beach. If you then follow the seafront promenade, you will find several nice swimming spots as well as restaurants such as Musselbaren and Lyckorna Brygga. - Skarsjön: It is the lake above the village. Perfect for bringing a picnic and hiking around the lake or going to the waterfall and barbecuing by the cave. - Villa Sjötorp: Beautiful 19th-century house that is a hotel and restaurant. Wonderfully good food and a lovely large garden. Anfasteröds Gårdsvik: The village's campground, where there is also a swimming area and good food.
