Lovely, converted stables, in a very quiet village near to Grantham. also located just 25 mins from Stamford and 30-40 minutes from the historic cities of Lincoln, Peterborough and Nottingham. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is completely self-contained with a fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and cosy lounge area with breakfast bar and small dining table. The fully fitted bathroom has a double width power shower. Own front door and off road parking available for one car. The space Full of character, this lovely one bedroom cottage is spacious for two people and full of character with high ceilings and beams. Access to both short and long countryside walks from the doorstep, you will have all the amenities you need for a comfortable break, with the added bonus of being located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet village overlooking the village green. Please note we do have free WiFi, however it is not always very fast and you may need to let us know if it needs a reboot! Mobile signal in the village can be patchy, depending on network. Historic towns of Stamford, Nottingham, Lincoln all within 35 minutes Close to Belton House (10 minutes drive) a fabulous National Trust estate, Burghley House and Belvoir Castle. Rutland Water is just 30 minutes away with miles of biking and walking paths around a stunning reservoir. Many good local village pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.
