Our place is in center of Kayseri City. Kayseri is so close to Nevsehir City (Cappadocia,Urgup,Goreme,Avanos...) There are so many transportion oportunities to travel near places. For guests; a private room with double bed, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared toilet, shared working room in our flat. Just ask what is in your mind :) Guest will have a private room with double size bed, a small furniture, a desk with a chair and a basket for towels etc. Kitchen have a oven, a dishwasher, a small cooler(refrigerator), a coffie machine, a tea machine, lots of dishes and lots of stuffs etc. Bathroom has a closet, 7/24 hot water, a washing machine, shampoos, soaps, toilet pappers etc.. You can find shared rooms, an extra shared toilet and another private rooms (Belongs to me and my friend) in flat. You will be a room mate in your trip, not just a guest. ;) Never hesitate to ask anything in your mind... Place is very close to Cumhuriyet Square and old historic Castle of Kayseri and many historical places (from Selcuks generally). Only 200 meters by walking 3 minutes. Also if you wanna go shopping Kayseri Forum AVM only 500 meters. As you can see so many places to find near here. Guests can use a room with big furniture and sofas to relax. communicate with other persons, smoke or listen music etc... They can always use Kitchen and Bathroom if empty. You can use many stuffs in shared places. Just ask don't hesitate. whenever you want you could contact me. This place is center of city and heart of City Kayseri. There are a lot of shopping center near here, grocery baker, tea house and suitcase shop. Just one hour bus travel you can go Cappadocia, Urgup, Goreme etc... There are bus stations and tramway only 1 minute by walking. just ask what is in your mind ;)
