These spacious beachfront casa de los abuelos (Grandparent's House) is located the famous "las conchas" village in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). These large beautiful mexican style oceanfront home, by oceanfront we really mean it, is just feet away from the ocean, when tide is up waves reach the house walls! its amazing! The space House is very spacious for large families, it has to decks facing the ocean, plenty of space for kids to have fun, or just to enjoy a cold drink while enjoying the our great sunsets on the ocean. Guest access Guest can have full access to all the open areas, there is only one storage building where we keep events and decoration items that is not allowed to access, other than that you're welcome to access any area of the house Other things to note The use of ATV's, RAZR's or any other sand vehicles are now allowed just not on the beach area
