Simple cozy accommodation in the Erzgebirge, without luxury but with everything you need. Private room with a double bed and bookable a room with single bed, extra bed possible. Kitchen is shared. You have a room for yourself with a bed, wardrobe, TV and radio. You can share the bathroom with a tub and the kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. There is a garden with a campfire bowl and grill. A baker is a 1-minute walk away. The house is located in the district of Buchholz about 2 km from the city center of Annaberg-Buchholz. A few meters outside the front door, the bus goes to the city center. If you want to use a room for two or three, this is possible without any problems. The price per person remains the same. Washing machine use possible for €2. Wi-Fi activation for unlimited surfing on the Internet on request and free of charge. Linens and towels are of course provided. I recently got a cat, it lives with me in the upper part of the house and not in the vacation rooms, but I would like to point this out in case someone is allergic. Other things to note Furthermore, I have to collect a visitor's tax for the city of Annaberg. The amount of the guest tax is €1.80 gross per night for one adult. The reduced rate of €0.90 gross applies to severely disabled persons (from GdB 50), children, pupils and students. It is not applicable for business trips. The stay for rent over longer periods is also possible if, for example, you are temporarily working in the region and do not want to rent an entire apartment. Just ask.
