Eichhof House for small groups (expandable to 20)

Eichhof has 7 bedrooms on 3 levels - 2 single rooms and 5 double rooms. The living space is about 350 m². Ground floor: 1 utility room & pantry, 1 fireplace room, 1 large living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room 1st floor: 2 single rooms, 3 double rooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 living rooms, 1 fitted kitchen Attic / loft: 1 double bedroom with sitting area. Extension for groups up to 20 people (Tilda & Schuster) and 35 people (Spitzweg & Jacob) can be booked. Laundry package optional. Other things to note I would like to summarize the most important information here: 1. Check-in is between 2 pm and 10 pm. However, you can store your luggage in advance. If there are any discrepancies here, you can reach me by phone or by message. 2. The check-out usually has to be done by 10 am. If there are any discrepancies here, please let me know by phone. 3. The key will be handed over on site. You can reach me using the phone number provided. Here is a summary of all optional utilities: 1. The linen package (linen + towels) is optional and costs 15€ extra per person per stay. 2. A sauna visit costs €8 per person for small groups. 3. If laundry is to be done, it would cost €5 per load of washing machine and €5 per load of dryer. 4. Pets are allowed on request.
