The Cottage, centrally located & thoughtfully renovated is a perfect spot for nature lovers & beach enthusiasts. Stroll to Narrow River or enjoy sun, sand, & surf at Narragansett Beach just 2.5 miles away. The true allure of the cottage lies in the tranquility it offers. Unwind on the patio or the inviting covered porch. Nestled at the end of a quiet, dead-end street, the cottage is embraced by the natural beauty of a stunning hillside & gardens, providing a place for making lasting memories. The space * Space is cozy (660 sqft) and was designed for a maximum of 3 people (including children) Bedrooms are small, with enough room for a queen bed and 2 small side tables. Each closet has custom shelving for maximum clothing storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub), a washer/dryer, and an on-demand hot water heater (you won't run out of warm water). The Living space is an open concept (Living room & kitchen), with a well-stocked kitchen, Quartzite countertops, gas range, dishwasher, and a kitchen island with seating for 3 (no dining room table). The large covered front porch is set up as an additional seating area with views of the natural hillside. There is a ceiling fan to help keep it comfortable on hot days. The sliders from the kitchen lead to the patio with an outdoor dining table and Weber Grill. Guest access There is a 2 car maximum for parking: 1 in the driveway, the other directly in front of the cottage, in front of the fence. You can walk to Narrow River. Other things to note We are strict on the No Pets, No Smoking (anywhere on the property), and No Parties. Unauthorized visitors and guests are not allowed on the property.
