The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones. The space "The Apartment" is set with in the Wiltshire Countryside with easy access to the M4. The Apartment is located within the Village of Lyneham and within walking distance of a local pub, an Indian restaurant and a few local shops. It is centrally located to visit the village of Lacock and the Abbey, where a few scenes from Harry Potter were filmed. Castle Combe, Avebury Stones, Bath, Longleat, Lydiard Park, GWR Steam Museum and Swindon Designer Outlet are all close by. Or alternatively you can chill out and relax in the private Hot Tub of The Apartment. Guest access Guests have the sole use of the one bedroom single storey Apartment. The Apartment is located behind electric gates with secure parking . One third of an acre private garden with Hot Tub is for the sole use of the guest staying in the Apartment. Other things to note During the month of September 2025 building work commenced on a new housing development which is located in the field that adjoins The Apartment garden . There is noise that you would expect from a building site . Which is out of our control. Site operational hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday -Friday and on a Saturday 8am - 1pm
