Cosy and comfortable apartment with balcony

You are looking for a cozy and modern furnished apartment for your visit to Bünde? You want to live in the countryside, sleep quietly at night without traffic noise and feel at home? Good transport links, short distances to the city and to supermarket/bakery are important for you? Then my apartment with a large balcony, located in a beautiful residential area, maybe the right one for you. Feel Welcome! The space The apartment is on the first floor. You have the whole floor, except of two office rooms outside the apartment, completely for you alone. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing, pleasant stay and to make you feel at home. Tea and coffee, as well as mineral water are at your disposal. Spices and some food you will find in the kitchen. This has oven with ceran field, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, etc. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony with a seating area. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bed room, a Blu-ray player and a stereo. Towels and bed linen are provided. If necessary, an additional mattress can be provided as a second bed. Guest access You get a key for the house and apartment door. Other things to note The apartment is my private apartment. That means, if it is not rented, I will live in it myself. The apartment is of course available to you for your sole use for the duration of your stay. Given the occasion, I would like to point out that the house rules must be observed. The apartment may only be used by the people specified in the booking. No other visitors or overnight guests are permitted. Flexible Check In / Check Out - times upon request. If necessary, an additional mattress can be provided as a second bed
