This is only a summer house for rent with all facility you need. It´s perfect for families (1-2) with children. House is a charming house and rebuilt inside. The house is screened in quiet and rural setting with a short distance to Risør centrum, recreational and bathing. (10min walking to all) The space The house and grounds are very child friendly and there is plenty of room for 2-3 families. The house is located above the center (Risor Church) there are two roads down to the town common way is 10min walking distance and a walkway that takes 5min. Address one Lind Dalsveien 7b if you use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), you will see location. Distance to the sea (bathing) is about 10min walk (3min drive) The units Sagjordet is a great family swimming area with all fasaliteter (the public) see also attached photo Otherwise it goes a ferry from the center out to a swimming area in the bay called Little Denmark. There are opportunities for kayak rental etc in Risor too. The house is very secluded with an old-fashioned apple orchard and a large roof terrace where you can see a bit of the city and a bit of sea. When it's sunny so you have it from the rises until it sets. For your information, nearby the house it is a amazing recreational area where you can go for walks/bathing and also look beyond Risør and sea. There is also a great aquatic center (see photo) in freshwater. Area was used during the war so it's exciting to see there. Walking distance from the house is only 10min. But a conclusion so there go the distance to most   The house is built in 1936 bodywork in 1952 and RESTAUR of me and my wife. The house is only used for rental, so inside it has a very high standard too. Furniture / beds / appliances including a dishwasher / microwave oven / kettle and kitchenware is complete.
