The house (120 m2) dedicated to rental is located in a quiet area between the city center and Moulin Blanc beach, bus 100 m away. Free street parking is available. On the ground floor, you have a large living room (kitchen, living room, bay window overlooking the terrace and garden), toilet, large bedroom (160 bed) and bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The space Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided. The fiber-connected Wi-Fi offers you a good speed throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, traditional oven, refrigerator and freezer, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. There is also salt, pepper, oil, sugar, Nespresso capsules for at least the first morning, dishwasher and dishwasher detergent as well as laundry detergent.
