The villa, surrounded by nature, is not far from the enchanting village of Civita di Bagnoregio, and it's suitable for families (with children) and groups of friends. It can accommodate 7 people and represents a suitable solution for those who love peace and tranquillity. The space The house is on two floors. The ground floor entrance leads directly into the living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen, equipped to form a single open space, connected by a glass door to the porch. The floor is completed by a double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. The bedroom's door leads to an external veranda with wooden tables and chairs. An external staircase finally leads to the first floor, consisting of a double bedroom, a triple room and a bathroom with shower. Guest access The entire villa is at guests' disposal. In addition, there is also free private parking adjacent to the house. Other things to note Our country-house is totally immersed in the Calanchi valley and can be reached along a dirt road for about 2 km, therefore we suggest coming with a suitable car. We also remind that from the 1st March 2023, the payment of a tourist tax is required, equal to € 1.00 / night per person, to be paid at check-in IN CASH.
