Edge of Village, Private Location with Beautiful Views, Private Parking & Fully enclosed Garden with Lounge Seating, Sun Loungers and Dining Table with Parasol, BBQ. Stones throw from sought after Pub (with great food!), Play Park for Children - both extremely close to Lanterns. Blockley Shop and Cafe offer a great Convenience Store, selling day to day items and some great Local Produce too, plus the wonderful Cafe (serving Breakfasts, Lunches and occassional Evening Suppers). Fabulous Walks all around you, with Blockley Brook, which is great for the all ages to go for a paddle in (in the warmer months). The Cottage has undergone a complete top to bottom renovation and the Interior is now completed and ready to Welcome discerning guests. A Good Nights Sleep is essential to making any time away from home as comfortable as possible, so top quality "Harrison" Hand Made Pocket Sprung beds with natural fillings are in each bedroom which can be made up as Super King Size Bed or Twin Beds (2 Bedrooms are Super King 6ft wide x 6ft 6" long beds or 2 x 3ft wide, and the 3rd Bedroom is King Size 5ft wide x 6ft 6" long or 2 x 2ft 6" beds) - please advise your preference when you liaise with the Owner upon booking. Down Quilts, Pure Cotton Bed Linen and Fluffy Cotton Towels are all provided for you. There are a few Traditional Board Games available, Smart TV in Lounge with Netflix, multiple Channels (including Sports Channels), DVD Player (and a selection of DVD's) together with Bluetooth Speaker (Echo / Alexa) so you can link your own music or ask for any song you wish to hear. If you don't want to cook at all - Breakfast / Brunch is fabulous served just down the road at the Blockley Cafe (and available from 9am right through until 12.00 noon - so you can make the most of those well deserved "lie ins"), other meals are served throughout the day at the Cafe too, or pop over to the Pub, the Hotel in the Village or make the most of all the other incredible Villages and Towns around Blockley - you will be spoilt for choice for great eateries (from Coffee Shops, to Gourmet Cuisine). A Car is advisable to make the most of the wonderful places to visit around, but not essential if you just want to unwind and enjoy your time at the Cottage and in the local vicinity.
