This space has a full bathroom and kitchen. Washer/dryer. WiFi/TV, free parking, private entrance. BRAND NEW Full size bed w/ Twin trundle. Centrally located. Close to 376, cranberry, 10 cracker plant, Aliquippa industrial park, airport, beaver Power plant. My husband and I live upstairs with our toddler and two dogs. Your space is completely closed off from the upstairs with its own private entrance. We are available if you need anything but will not bug you. The space 15 minutes to cranberry, 20 minutes from Wexford, close to 376 and turnpike. 30 minutes from Pittsburgh. 5 minutes away from the mall and plenty of places to eat! 10 minutes from the cracker plant. This apartment is ideal for 1 person, fits 2 comfortably. 3 is tight but it can work if needed. Guest access You will have your own private kitchen, bathroom and laundry with all necessities included. Keurig, fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils, stove, cooking pots and pans. Things available but only by request: Hair dryer Steamer Pack n play If there is something you need for your stay please let me know and I will do what I can! Please note the stove works great, but the oven does not work and we are working on a replacement. If you bring a toddler we can provide a pack n play for sleep. Kid plates and utensils, toys, etc, just let us know what you need! **if booking same day please just check in with me for check in time** Other things to note Everything in the basement is remodeled except the kitchen cabinets (vintage) but all completely functional and the shower is an old school tile shower. Currently have check in set for 3pm or later with check out being 10 am.
