Guest access Access to Lake Annecy in 15 minutes, access to the Gorges du Fier and the Château de Montrottier in 3 minutes, access to the mountain of age (for mountain biking, walk in the woods in 5 minutes), access to the ski slopes of Semnoz in 30 minutes, La Clusaz or the Grand-Bornand (40 km) / Margériaz in 45 minutes, the Glières plateau in 1 hour for cross-country skiing or Semnoz (30 minutes) or Féclaz (1 hour) Other things to note Linens and towels are provided on request: 40 euros per room (the bed is made upon arrival).
