Ideal for short stay for conferences, short course or even visiting Warwick Uni as it's only 25 mins walk to campus and Canon Park shopping Centre. Other larger rooms are available on our Airbnb site listings. There's complimentary snacks and hot beverages available for all guests. The price is only for 0ne person as there's an extra surcharge for the 2nd guest, please see price charges. The space Downstairs - There's a self contained Studio and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use. Upstairs - 3 bedrooms - 1 Single, 1 double (share the large bathroom) and 1 Double Ensuite. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped for simple cooking and next to the kitchen is the wash area with the kitchen sink and washing machine and tumble dryer. During your stay I live next door in a separate self contained apartment so I'm never too far away but guests have complete privacy. Other things to note This is a shared Airbnb house so I ask that all guests to keep the noise level down after 10pm and making sure that your own room door and the front door is always securely locked and windows are secured when leaving the house.
