Entire country house for families and groups

Casale in Teverina comprises 3 independent apartments:the smaller for 2 people,the bigger for 8 people and the last for 6 people, for a total of 16 people.If you are less than 16, you will not have all the apartments, but you will be alone in the house. FOR LESS THAN 9 HAVE A LOOK ALSO AT THE OTHER OUR LISTINGS. We can organize dinners, ceremonies for max. 16 people, pizza-evening and more with professional people! The space The house was completely restored as Umbrian tradition wants, stones, wood and cotto tiles. The house comprises 3 apartments: the smaller is for 2 people with kitchen and bathroom, the bigger is for 8 people and has 2 bathrooms, livingroom with kitchen, the last is for 6 people, with livingroom and kitchen with a table big enough to eat all together also inside, plus 2 bathrooms. The house is for a total of 16 people, but we can add 3 extra single beds with extra cost and 2 cots on request. The bedsheets and towels for the bathroom are included and the change of them will be every 7 nights. Guest access Outside there is a comfortable dining area with a very big table, barbecue and wood-burning oven. There is also a big pivate pool (in spring ask if the pool is already open before to book, the price of the house with the pool closed does not change), and a small house for the children is also available in the garden. The guests can also harvest the vegetables from our garden and the fruit from our fruit grove. More than 60 olive trees are inside the fenced garden. Other things to note It's possible arrive on foot in the centre of Penna in Teverina, that is at only 1,5 km, where you can find small but nice shops, but the car is suggested to discover the area.
