The building consists of three levels: a ground floor where there are the common areas, the entrance, the laundry room, the boilers and the cellar, a first floor with two separate apartments, and a second floor, where we live when we come to the valley. The apartment is accessed by a short staircase with a few stone steps. The house has just been restored with very philological criteria, recovering all the original materials of the 1500s (wooden beams, objects, stones, fireplaces) and the added materials are suitable for the environment (untreated larch and oak woods, lime-finished walls, original local furniture of the 18th/19th century) while still allowing maximum comfort in a perfectly functional environment according to modern standards.
