Our comfy sea view apartment is just in 3'-4' walking distance from the gold sandy beach tacked between pine trees and clear blue water. Two sea view balconies of the apartment are equipped with everything needed to switch off and relax- such as table, chairs, swing.. Enjoy nearby restaurants, taverns with greek food and café-bars with free sun-beds and more. Grocery, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket are literally round the corner. Extremely convenient location to explore Thessaloniki +Halkidiki. The space Our bright with modern amenities apartment is located on the top of the two floor building. It consists of 2 bedrooms each with comfortable new bed, an open plan sitting room with kitchen and 1 bathroom, new closets, air conditioning and smartTV. In the closets you find hungers, spare bedlinen, blankets, towels and beach towels and more. There is a desk for laptop, first aid kit in case of emergency and fire extinguisher. Sitting room has a sofa bed and smart TV. Bedrooms and both balconies are facing sea view through the large old trees that hosts plethora of birds. Master bedroom have access to its own balcony. Large balcony is accessed trough the sitting room/kitchen. In the apartment there are all appliances you might need, provided: TV, air-con, washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, iron/iron-board , coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, mixer, blender, saucepans, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls and more. Fast internet connection easy WiFi to all parts of the apartment. There are many extras as: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen paper etc. There is plenty of space for free parking in the parking slot on the side of the building. There is all you need: restaurants, taverns with delicious greek food and bars with exceptional service that are open till early morning. In cafe-bars on the beach you will get free sunbed with a bottle of cold water ordering your favorite coffee, fizzy drink or refreshing cocktail. Guest access You will have access to entire apartment and two balconies equipped with swing, table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks and dinners alfresco. Free parking in the parking slot in front of the building. Other things to note Our check-in time is 3pm to 4pm. and check-out time is 10am. but it could be flexible if we do not expect guests arriving on that day. If your flight is later than your checkout time we can keep your luggage till later. The apartment is located in a superb area for exploring not only Thessaloniki but the whole Halkidiki area. It is just 19 km far from Thessaloniki's centre and 11 km far from Makedonia airport (SKG). Bus stop to Thessaloniki (line N72) is just round the corner and costs only 1.20euro. You can find bus routs online The Organisation of Urban Transport of Thessaloniki (OASTH) For travelling to other greek cities search KTEL Greece. - Quiet hours 2pm -5pm and 11pm till 8pm. -No sand from the beach in to the building entrance and the apartment. - Please throw toilet paper in the bin provided and not in toilet. - The decorative cushions and throughs are not for sleep purposes, place them in the wardrobe. - Keep your sun screen and make up off our linen and walls. -No food allowed in bedrooms. Only water. -No smoke in the apartment. - Keep widows and balcony doors closed when the air-conditioning is on. - Turn off the air-conditioning and lights when not in the apartment. - Keep apartment clean. - Dispose trash daily and on your departure in large green bins out on the street. - check out at 10 am.
