Private room in Langenau-Albeck near Ulm

Travelers are very welcome here! My husband, our children and I are always happy about a lively house and love meeting new people. Our house is located about 10 km from Ulm in the new development area of the village of Albeck. Thanks to the atrium, the bedroom (about 20 square meters) is a beautiful room flooded with light. The bathroom is small but nice, true to the motto. NOTE: The bedroom and bathroom are on different floors. The space The bedroom is located in the basement of the house and is therefore very quiet and thanks to the atrium and enough sunlight gets into the room. In the room we have 1 double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and 2 additional folding beds (90 cm x 200 cm). We are also happy to offer you a travel crib for your baby. Bed linens are included, of course. You like all the beds and you don't know which one to fall into first? No problem! Let chance decide for you with a round of "Rock-paper-scissors." The bathroom is located on the first floor. The box under the sink has wheels, so it can be pulled out. Ideal for sitting down or simply as an elevation for the kids. Thus, our little guests can also look at themselves well in the mirror. The hair dryer, shampoo and other hygiene items are stored in the wall cabinet. The crocheted storage includes a roll of toilet paper. Time for a refreshment? Whether hot and long or fresh and short, you can pick this up under our shower. A wardrobe just for you! Whether snow, rain or sun, come what may, there is space for all your clothes in the wardrobe. There is plenty of space to park in our yard. Parking your car so that you are right in front of the trailer with the blue roof is the most convenient. Then your luggage has the shortest route to the front door and does not have to be carried far. In the village we have the Oetinger bakery (Osterstetterstr. 14) A little tip: You can have a very good breakfast there and the chocolate croissants are super delicious. Please note that the bakery is closed on Monday (all day) and Sunday morning. It gets interesting for electric car drivers in the public parking lot at the Oetinger bakery. There you can charge your car for 3 hours at a SWU charging station (do not forget the parking window). For more information about the costs, check out the website in the picture. Note for families with children: We kindly ask you not to touch the colorful picture with the wax strips in our hallway. The wax strips can break off very easily. Also, it would be very nice if you don't paint on the walls. Thanks u so much! Guest access You can access the house via the front door. During your stay I like to spend time with my guests and look forward to long conversations. Other things to note We don't have a coffee maker, just instant coffee.
