The house is fully renovated and is quietly located on the outskirts of the village. Ideal for family/group vacations. The space The apartment Lavender, located on the first floor, has an area of about 75 m². From all rooms you can access the countryside through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The small well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and a radio. In the spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and a spacious shower with rain shower, there is a hairdryer to make the suitcase easier. There is a large beautiful sink with plenty of storage space.... Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, direct access from all rooms to the garden is possible and offers the vacationer the opportunity to always come back to relaxation very close to nature...because if you let yourself in, you can feel the magic behind all life in this house... we have tried to create an original and homely atmosphere... and those who have been here often say: "...a special place with a friendly animated house...we would like to stay longer...!" In the living room there is a good flat screen TV (satellite TV/flat screen) In the hallway you will also find cycling/water hiking maps for the area, newspapers and books, as well as a game collection for the "little ones"... A dining table that can be enlarged to receive visitors or simply to use all the space.... as well as a comfortable daybed which can also be used as a sofa (lying area 2 x 90 m) The large bedroom with the double bed (1.80 x 2 m), dressing table, wardrobe, reading chair, chair, bedside table, reading lamps... still leaves room for a baby bed, if necessary two.... In the small bedroom there are two single beds (2 × 90 m), reading lamps and shelves... In the hallway there is a wardrobe and an additional mirror... Next door is a laundry room with a shelf for seat covers and umbrellas for each apartment separately....of course the washing machine, clothes rack and cleaning utensils and as well as iron with board and clothes rack... In the garden, a movable 2 x 2 m sun lounger invites you to relax... the grill, a small wine box with paddling pool, and seating with dining table await you... roses, lavender and seasonal flowers surround you here... the evening sun is particularly beautiful here... Guest access The country house has two gardens. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and from the street you enter the property through a wide entrance gate. A car can also be parked here in the entrance area. The approx. 500 m² garden in the front area of the house belongs to Jasmin. Here, in addition to the terrace and grill, there is a flexible double sun lounger, as well as a flexible bistro table with two matching chairs, so you can enjoy shade or sun as you wish.... There is an adjoining outbuilding with laundry room and storage room for bicycles... Electricity for e-bikes is available. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a shelf with outdoor pads, blankets and pillows....as well as umbrellas.
