The apartment is a renovated Art Nouveau villa, directly on Lake Constance-Königssee bike path, an ideal starting point to swimming lakes, cycling and mountain tours and Salzburg. The town center is a 5-minute walk. An in-house shuttle service to the train station / airport is available on request. As well as a parking space and parking facilities for bicycles and strollers. We are a non-smoking house! Pets are not allowed. We rent out our apartment exclusively to vacationers The space Exclusive and spacious, fully furnished apartment with kitchen-living room, dining area, one living room, two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which is still equipped with a single bed. In addition, two balconies (east and south) as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet, hair dryer, stereo system, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Included are: all additional costs (electricity, etc.), towels, bed linen, toiletries, final cleaning,statutory VAT. Carport right by the house, non-smoking house! Private free shuttle service from the train station town center 500m, swimming pool 300m, train station 1 km. Reservations of 1-2 nights on request, as well as a discount for a long stay of 7 nights or more. We would like to point out that we only rent out our apartment to vacationers/holiday guests (unfortunately no fitters)!
