House in shared accommodation, 5-min walk to a naturist beach

Very quiet new house in shared accommodation, 5 min walk from the golf course and the naturist beach of Bréville/mer, 5 km from Granville Room with 2 beds 140 and 160 + sink and toilet Possibility of a single room if you prefer to be alone, in this case please let me know to find out if it is available. I don't offer meals. I can pick you up at Granville train station if you come by train. Possibility of other roommates in the house during peak periods. It is possible that another person is in the same room as you during busy periods, a bit like the spirit of a youth hostel :-) A sink and toilet are located in this room for the comfort of all, otherwise the large bathroom with Italian shower located on the ground floor of the house is available at all times. The single room may be available if it is not already booked, in this case please let me know at the beginning of our conversation on the site's messaging if you want a single room. I do not offer meals but I leave my refrigerator and microwave available to heat your prepared meals purchased commercially. Cooking in the house and frying is PROHIBITED to respect the sense of smell of other roommates. Thank you for your understanding. The house has large south-facing windows in front of the lawn and garden furniture. It is located in a very quiet area at the end of a driveway and an 8-minute walk from the golf course and the naturist and textile beach of Granville (the beach of Bréville sur mer). You can keep your swimsuit on this beach since naturism is not mandatory! It is a beach where naturism is simply tolerated. Ideal for beginners or discovering naturism. I can pick you up with my car at the SNCF station in Granville when you arrive if you come by train, in this case a financial contribution of 10 euros will be requested for gas costs, otherwise there is a bus line 6 in July and August that makes the journey between the station of Granville and the bus stop in Bréville located 100 m from the house. As I am registered on several co-location sites, it is possible that other co-tenants like you are present at the same time as you in the house in case of a busy weekend or very nice weather in summer :-) I only speak French.
