West bank location directly on the lake with sun terrace, sauna and boat

The vacation home Florida is located in the lake-rich Småland. The house is located on Lake Hönshyltfjorden, which is connected to the well-known Lake Åsnen via the Mörrumsån (river). Due to its west bank location, wonderful sunsets are not uncommon. The spacious grounds (large lawn for playing and lingering as well as a separate sauna right next to the sun terrace) end right on the water. The aluminum rowing boat (Linder 400) included in the price invites to beautiful boat tours and fishing. A depth map of the lake is available. On the ground floor of the holiday home is the kitchen (the kitchen also has a wood stove), the bathroom, the living and dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. There are a total of 6 beds in the house (see floor plan; bed dimensions see under 'Equipment'; bed linen can be booked for a fee). German satellite TV and Swedish television, as well as radio with USB connection. WLAN can be booked for a fee (see under 'Equipment') There is an outside sink on the terrace for cleaning fish. The village 'Ryd' can be reached on foot via two small pedestrian bridges in about 10 - 15 minutes.
