The space The studio is fully furnished with oven,hob,fridge with freezer section, microwave, kettle, toaster, television with freeview and DVD player. It is accessed via its own separate external door from a private parking space within an attached barn with private internal stairs. It has electric heating and mains pressure cold and hot water. There is also a private balcony with seating for 2 which has views across the neighbouring horse fields. Superking bed with small double sofa bed if required. Guest access Driveway via secure electric sliding gate, single parking space within drive and private rear pathway leading to annex entrance. Undercover parking within open barn available if requested in advance. Other things to note The studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and a charge of £10 will be charged for an additional guest per night. A key fob is provided for gate access with key to flat.
