The space This en-suite apartment consists of a large room and a private shower room. In the room there is a double bed on one side and a kitchenette on the other. There is a table and chairs for dining. In the bathroom there is a shower cubicle, toilet, and washbasin. We provide towels and basic toiletries. The kitchenette has a larder fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink. This studio has just been built and is all new with fresh new furniture and appliances. Tea, Coffee, milk is included on arrival. WIFI Virgin Media Broadband access. Bed linen and towels are provided and if you require an iron and stand or a hairdryer please ask. The town centre, train station, football stadium, Tesco express are all within a 5-10 min walk Longer staying guests are free to use the large kitchen / dining room with oven and washer/dryer which is located in the basement. Guest access Shared front door access. You will have the entire apartment to yourself with your own private bathroom. Self Check in available on request. Security deposit is payable by bank transfer before check-in. We have security cctv outside the building, in the hallways and communal areas. We do not provide cutlery, plates, pots and pans.
